Psychiatric consultations are intended for adults seeking specialist advice regarding mental health concerns, symptoms, diagnosis, current treatment, medication or possible next steps in care.<\/p>\n

A consultation may be useful if you would like to better understand your symptoms or an existing diagnosis, review current psychiatric treatment, discuss psychopharmacological options or obtain a specialist psychiatric opinion.<\/p>\n

Online psychiatric consultations are advisory and do not replace a comprehensive in-person psychiatric assessment when such an assessment is clinically indicated. They are not intended as a substitute for emergency or acute psychiatric care.<\/p>\n
